9. Commission-Based Earnings & Referral Program

Users can earn commissions by selling properties, referring buyers, or completing sales-related tasks.

Fraudulent activities will result in immediate termination & legal action.

  • By registering, users consent to receiving updates via WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
  • Users may opt-out of marketing messages at any time.
  • NFL MEMBERS does not share personal data with unauthorized third parties.

11. Legal Compliance & Dispute Resolution

  • NFL MEMBERS operates under UAE financial and real estate laws.
  • Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or UAE courts.
  • Users engaging in fraudulent activities will be permanently banned & legally prosecuted.
